Wheat bhalia is used in making of chapattis (roti). Chapattis made of bhalia wheat are very soft.
BRIEF ABOUT PRODUCT
Bhaliya Wheat is a long grain wheat variety which is very rich in protein. This wheat is high in Gluten content. Such nutritional wheat is processed under high hygienic conditions and under the supervision of our production manager. Recently this Bhaliya Wheat has received Geographical Indication (GI) tag.
